Tomorrow will mark the 6th Year of Bandana Day and Hair Fair making this day their closing day celebration of the whole event. It is the day when thousands of people that have purchased bandanas from Hair Fair will ‘Remove their hair to show they care’ .
Every year bloggers have posted in bandanas, and people have held events wearing bandanas on this day. It is always such a heartwarming conclusion to the whole Hair Fair event and how it helps Wigs for Kids help those in need. SL Residents from all over have created these bandanas that are for sale for only 50L each, and transferable.
Last night a community within Second Life had an early four hour event and raised and donated 40,000L to Hair Fair 2012 for Wigs for Kids, we would like to thank The Bloodfury pack along with the Legion of Immortals Clan for their incredible generosity. Also a thank you to Lorali Emerald who donated her tips of 1080L from a DJ session at Bama Country this afternoon. All donations to the Kiosks at Hair Fair 2012 and the Bandana Sales are all 100% Wigs for Kids donations. So if you want to just donate you can use a kiosk, they are all over the Hair Fair sims.
